ASTOR Solutions for Different Needs

Pallet Automated Storage and Retrieval System is a high-tech warehouse solution which has been designed to optimise storage and also simplify pallet handling. It utilizes a network of automated cranes or shuttles, and a warehouse management system (WMS) to efficiently store, retrieve, and manage palletized goods. We shall see two options here - Stacker Crane with Fork and Stacker Crane with Shuttle.

Stacker Crane with Fork has a pallet of one or more materials in the same system and it ensures optimum space utilisation. The telescopic fork enables faster transfer of pallets from the racks to the ASRS.

Based on the Racking ASRS Stacker Crane Storage with Pallets can be further classified into – Single deep, double deep & Multi deep systems.

Stacker Crane with shuttle has a WIFI Radio shuttle which provides a compact storage system. It uses the benefits of ASRS and WIFI shuttle for storing multi-deep. Battery-operated WIFI shuttle moves longitudinally for extensive storage optimization solutions for existing buildings.

Fabric Roll ASRS is a specialised warehousing solution designed for the efficient management of textile rolls. This system tackles the unique challenges of storing and handling fabric rolls, offering significant advantages over traditional methods.

Bin storage ASRS is a high-density storage solution designed for efficiently managing a large volume of small to medium-sized parts. Unlike pallet ASRS which focuses on heavy loads, bin storage ASRS excels in meticulously organizing and handling individual components. – Stacker Crane with Fork, Stacker Crane with Shuttle. Automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) works on conveyor systems to move goods efficiently within the facility. A number of factors like the ASRS type, item size, weight and the desired throughput decides the type of conveyor to be used.
