This project represents one of Sieger's largest and most ambitious international deployments — a multi-system Pallet ASRS with Stacker Crane and Fork installation for a leading fashion manufacturer in Jordan, Asia. Built to handle high-volume pallet storage across a large facility, this project demonstrates Sieger's capability to deliver enterprise-scale automated storage solutions beyond India, on the global stage.

The facility is constructed on a Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) structure, designed to support the scale and load demands of a 7-system ASRS deployment. At a system height of 12 meters, Sieger's fork type stacker cranes operate simultaneously across all seven aisles, enabling high-throughput storage and retrieval that keeps pace with the fast-moving demands of the fashion industry.

The system is engineered to store a total of 6,120 pallets in pallet form, with a load capacity of 720 kg per pallet — built to handle the consistent weight demands of a high-volume fashion manufacturing and storage operation with precision and reliability.

With 7 stacker cranes operating in parallel, the system delivers exceptional throughput — drastically reducing retrieval times and eliminating bottlenecks that are common in manual or semi-automated warehouses. The conveying system integrated alongside ensures smooth, uninterrupted pallet flow between storage aisles and dispatch zones, supporting the high-speed fulfilment demands of a global fashion operation.
